ITIL®  Service Management

TLH has it's origins from within the electronics and telecoms environment thus providing the basis from which our trainers are able to provide the knowledge and experience to deliver ITIL®  training. 

  • What is ITIL® ?
    ITIL®    (the IT Infrastructure Library) is essentially a series of documents that are used to aid the implementation of a lifecycle framework for IT Service Management. This customisable framework defines how Service Management is applied within an organisation. It also aligned with the international standard, ISO 20000.

  • How is it Organised?
    ITIL®    is organized into a series of five volumes (the books): Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation and Continual Service Improvement. These in turn describe a closed loop feedback system that provides feedback throughout all areas of the lifecycle. The volumes continue to provide a framework of best practice disciplines that enable IT Services to be provided effectively.

  • ITIL®    Foundation V3 Training
    The ITIL®  Foundation Certificate is the entry level qualification, and is mandatory to progress any further within the overall ITIL®  scheme. It is designed to confirm your understanding of the basic terms, concepts, relationships and processes of ITIL®   .

    TLH provide accredited training both as open courses and as in-house courses.

    TLH is an accredited ITIL®  examination centre.

  • Training Partners
    In order to offer open courses , we have partnered with GateHouse Training (a Division of Chamberlain Dunn) to host a schedule of events in London (see the schedule in the left banner of this page).

 

 

  • In-house Training
    TLH provide ITIL®  courses on an in-house basis to provide training for larger groups of employees. Where you have a need to train more than 4 people the in-house option will often provide a cost effective solution. Contact us and discuss your requirements further.
